More,and more jobs!!

Hi! Pinky here!

I have chosen to learn and teach you about. . . . . . . . . . . . . .

An architect.

I would like to thank queenbead for giving me another idea for a career to write about.

Now, an architect obviously designs different buildings. , and participates in supervising the construction of a building which is obviously the buildings that they designed. An architect's decisions affect public safetye ( or in other words if the architect builds things that are silly and unrelistic then your safety levels are silly and unrealistic) thus must undergo specialized training and education to make sure thay don't put anyone at risk.

Now, your probably wondering about money (cha-ching!)

It depends how long you have been doing your job for.

Here is a list of how much money you can earn.

Entry-level intern - 34,000

Second-year intern - 35,900

Third-year intern - 39,700

Architect/designer I - 41,600

Architect/designer II - 50,000

Architect/designer III - 58,000
Senior architect/designer - 68,900

Project manager - 68,900

Department head/senior manager - 85,600

More careers!

Hi! pinky here!

Today I have chosen to focus on a career as a Chef.

Apart from all of the awesome cakes and savoury food they make there is also a lot of stress involved.

Just imagine, having to do over 100 cupcakes for a selfish teenager's sweet sixteen and finding out that she wanted orange, not red.

Ahhhhhhh! That would be soooo stressful!! But it would also be really fun watching the joy on people's faces when they taste your mastepeices.

I think that a chef needs, Dedication, Patience, talent, determination and needs to be goal orientated.

I rate this job with a 7/10

Thanks for reading

More jobs

Hi! Pinky here!

Today I have decided to choose a Veterinarian Medicine (also known as a Vet!).

A Vet gets paid a lot!

But it does depend on what kind of animals they are treating or whether they are a patroling vet.

Nationally, the average starting salary for all recent graduates of veterinary school is $2,490/month. Wages vary by the type of practice which is what I was talking about before. Veterinarians who specialize in treating horses (neigh) have the lowest starting wage.

On average, they earn $2,290/month (which it sill quite a lot of money

Those who specialize in treating small animals, such as dogs and cats, start at an average of $2,580/month.

Veterinarians who treat only large animals, such as cows, earn the highest entry wage. They receive about $3,290/month.

The type of industry can also affect wages for veterinarians. Those who work for universities, often in research labs, earn the least. On average, their starting salary is $1,640/month.

Veterinarians who work for industry or commercial businesses earn the highest starting salaries. They generally start at $3,710/month.

Wages are higher for experienced veterinarians. The average salary for veterinarians in private practice is $4,790/month.

Most veterinarians diagnose animal health problems; vaccinate against diseases, such as distemper and rabies; medicate animals suffering from infections or illnesses; treat and dress wounds; set fractures; perform surgery; and advise owners about animal feeding, behavior, and breeding.

A vet needs

Patience, a good attitude and an animal lover!!

Police officer

Hi,Pinky here!

I'm back with my jobs topic and this time I've chosen the career of a police officer.

Police and detectives enforce laws. They catch criminals. They collect evidence. At times they testify in court. Others patrol set areas to prevent crime. Some patrol and give out traffic tickets. Some police direct traffic. Most police wear uniforms; detectives and special agents work in regular clothes. Like the get smart series. Dun, dun, dun.

Most police work on foot or ride in cars. Some, however, ride horses, bikes, or motorcycles. Ohhh awesome! Some work in boats on rivers and in harbors. Some police work with dogs. like german sheperds.

Most police and detectives work at least 40 hours a week. When they work longer, they get extra pay. Because police work is a 24-hour-a-day job, some police have to work nights and weekends. They have to be ready to go to work at all times. Police may work very long hours on a case. Some have to travel a lot, often on short notice. wow! In a way that's good but in a way that's bad.

So if you want to be a police officer you have to be hard working, paitent, commited and a bit intellegent.

I rate this job 6/10.

Night glow. Yay!!!

Last night me and my family went to the balloons over Waikato night glow. It was awesome

My favourite balloon had to be the black and yellow checkered one.

The highlight of the evening was probably seeing all of the balloons light up and the worst part of the evening was seeing that there was a tiny little bottle of coke for $4!!!!!!!

I thought that was a rip off!

I thought I'ld link this post to my jobs topic.

A balloonist.

I reckon it would be fun to be a balloonist because of the flying it would be soooo cool to just think "Hmmmm I haven't had a ride in my balloon for a while I think I should now!" ha ha.

If your a balloonist then you could even get famous by getting interveiwed on TV3 or something.

Imagine if Tyra banks just happen to be watching TV3 and thinks to her self Ohhhhhhh she's got talent I think she should be a model! Or imagine if a major sports star was watching and said hmmm I wonder if he's good at soccer We could really use a new striker! So if you plan on being a balloonist you will need patience, and a good attitude. If you are a balloonist yuo will represent Hamilton at Balloons over Waikato. So have fun out there
I rate this job 4/10
